Although each project and client is different, the general design process at LS Interiors is as follows:
1. INFORMATIONAL PHONE CALL
2. IN HOME CONSULTATION
3. RECAP + ESTIMATE
4. DESIGN PHASE
5. (OPTIONAL PROCUREMENT)
6. (OPTIONAL INSTALLATION)
1. INITIAL PHONE CALL
Usually about 15-30 minutes long, this is a quick chat to learn more about one another and how we might be able to work together. Schedule your informational call here.
2. CONSULTATION - $360
This is a two part, paid consultation. Before we meet, the client will be asked to complete an online Consultation Questionnaire. Part 1 - we will meet at your home for approximately one hour. Part 2 - Lindsay will create and share a detailed recap document which consists of notes, inspiration, ideas and suggestions for your home. See the Consultation Guide here.
3. RECAP + ESTIMATE
Approximately one week later, Lindsay will provide you with a detailed recap document of the ideas and suggestions discussed during the consultation. It will also contain an estimate of hours per space to complete the scope discussed. If the client decides to move forward past the Consultation Phase, the Design Phase initiates upon signature of Client/Designer Agreement and receipt of minimum deposit.
4. DESIGN PHASE
LS Interiors will put together a comprehensive design & decorating plan. Whether it is sourcing from retail websites, or obtaining quotes from trade-only vendors and fabricators, Lindsay designs a vision for your dream space, which begins in the form of a clickable PDF document. It includes:
-concept design (additional examples here)
-floor plan to scale
-links to each specific item
-detailed notes and spreadsheet budget.
