When our workload allows, LS Interiors provides e-design services for remote clients or clients who are not yet ready to invest in full service design.


What you Get:

After completing a detailed questionnaire, you will receive:

A layout to scale with all furnishings, lighting and arrangement of items.

An itemized concept board showing you exactly which items are included in your design.

A spreadsheet file with product links in order to track budget and easily purchase the specified retail items for your design.

One round of revisions based off client’s feedback.

**For an additional fee of $100/hr, LS Interiors can provide additional revisions and also place orders for an approved design, sharing a designer discount of 10% off products.

1. E-Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.

2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project. Client will be sent a thorough questionnaire to be completed before the e-design project begins.

3. Lindsay Saccullo interiors will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the e-design project.

4. E-Design client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Any additional revisions to the delivered package (excluding the one round included) will be billed at $100/hour and invoiced upon completion. Client also agrees to hourly additional fees of $100/hour per phone call and/or $150/hour for in-person visits if requested in the Contra Costa County of California. Travel outside of Contra Costa County is billed at $75/hour.

5. Lindsay Saccullo Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

6. Lindsay Saccullo Interiors cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-design project.
